12. Wine and News Communications
Zumaquero Wines may occasionally send information about new vintages, bottle availability, presentations, tastings, activities and project news only where the recipient requested or expressly authorized it, or another valid legal basis exists. Data will then be securely deleted or restricted as required.
14. Recipients and Service Providers
Personal data will not be sold, rented or transferred to third parties for their commercial purposes. It may be disclosed where necessary to comply with law or public-authority requests, arrange requested transport or delivery, process a payment or invoice, resolve an incident, or provide necessary website and communication services. They may access only the information needed to provide their services.

COOKIE POLICY
21. What Are Cookies?
Cookies are small files that may be stored on a visitor's device when visiting a website. They may enable technical operation, protect security, remember preferences, facilitate navigation, provide information about website use and display third-party content.
22. Cookies Used on This Website
Because this website was created with Google Sites, Google may use cookies or similar technologies needed to provide, protect and maintain its services. Zumaquero Wines does not intentionally use its own cookies to create individualized commercial profiles. However, Google Sites and embedded services or content may use first-party or third-party cookies, including through Google Forms, YouTube videos, Google Maps, files on Google Drive, Instagram or other social-media content, sharing buttons, analytics tools or other embedded third-party content.
23. Types of Cookies
Technical or necessary cookies support operation, security and correct display and may be used without consent where strictly necessary to provide a service requested by the user.
Preference cookies remember choices such as language or display settings.
Analytics cookies provide aggregated information about website use, such as visits, pages viewed or device type. Where consent is required, they must not be activated before consent.
Third-party cookies are managed by external providers such as Google, YouTube, Instagram or other platforms. Those providers are responsible for their cookies and related processing.
24. Cookie Consent
Where cookies are not strictly necessary, visitors must be able to accept them, reject them and configure their preferences. Accepting and rejecting must be equally easy. Silence, merely opening the page or continuing to browse is not, by itself, valid consent for non-essential cookies, which must not be activated before consent is obtained.
25. Managing and Deleting Cookies
Visitors may allow, block or delete cookies through their browser settings. Disabling technical cookies may affect website operation or display. Procedures vary by browser, operating system and device. Visitors may also review privacy and cookie information supplied by Google and other embedded services.
26. External Content
Embedded videos, maps, forms or social-media posts may behave as if the visitor accessed the provider directly. Providers may set cookies, collect technical data, record interactions and associate activity with the visitor's account when signed in. Zumaquero Wines does not directly control cookies set by those providers.
BOTTLE REQUESTS AND GENERAL TERMS
27. Limited Availability
Zumaquero Wines wines are produced in very limited quantities. Publication of a wine, photograph, vintage or reference is not a standing offer and does not guarantee bottle availability. Availability must be expressly confirmed in each case.
28. Information and Bottle Requests
Interested persons may contact info@zumaquerowines.com. Sending an inquiry or request does not itself constitute acceptance of an order or create a sale. Before any transaction is concluded, the customer will be informed, as applicable, of wine availability, vintage and bottle quantity, price, applicable taxes, potential shipping or delivery charges, payment method, estimated delivery date and delivery terms. A transaction is confirmed only when Zumaquero Wines and the customer expressly accept its terms.
Important notice for U.S. visitors: The website does not constitute an offer to sell or ship wine to the United States or to any specific U.S. state. Any request involving the United States is subject to prior written confirmation that the proposed sale, export, import, carrier arrangement, age verification, taxes and delivery comply with all applicable laws and licensing requirements. Zumaquero Wines may decline any request where lawful fulfillment cannot be confirmed.
29. Prices
Applicable prices are those communicated before confirmation. Unless stated otherwise, prices include taxes legally applicable in Spain. Transport, shipping, delivery, import charges, customs duties or other destination-country costs, if applicable, will be identified or addressed before confirmation to the extent they can be determined. Website information, images and descriptions do not replace individual confirmation of availability and price.
30. Payment
This website does not process payments directly. Where a transaction is possible, the payment method and deadline will be communicated in advance. Do not pay until availability, the total amount and payment instructions have been confirmed.
31. Delivery
For an agreed shipment or delivery, the customer must provide complete, accurate and current information. Delivery dates are estimates where performance depends on an external carrier or circumstances beyond Zumaquero Wines' control. The customer must ensure receipt by a person who is legally old enough to receive alcoholic beverages at the destination. Zumaquero Wines may suspend or cancel delivery where age, identity, destination legality or lawful carrier acceptance cannot be satisfactorily verified.
32. Delivery Issues
If a delivery arrives damaged, incomplete or otherwise affected, notify info@zumaquerowines.com as soon as possible. Where available, include the buyer's name, transaction date or reference, a description, photographs of the packaging and affected bottles, and other useful information. Zumaquero Wines will review the case and propose the remedy required by the circumstances and applicable law.
33. Withdrawal and Returns
Where legally applicable, a consumer may exercise a statutory right of withdrawal within the period provided by law by sending an unequivocal notice to info@zumaquerowines.com. Products must be returned unopened, untampered with and in suitable condition.
Returns will not be accepted for products that have been opened or unsealed, handled, damaged through improper storage, personalized where a legal exception applies, or otherwise non-returnable for legally justified reasons. The specific procedure, conditions and potential return costs will be communicated in accordance with applicable law. These terms do not limit mandatory consumer rights.
LEGAL DRINKING AGE AND RESPONSIBLE CONSUMPTION
34. Protection of Minors
Wine-related content is intended only for persons aged 18 or older. Requests or purchases are restricted to persons who have reached the legal age to buy alcoholic beverages in their place of residence and at the delivery destination. For U.S. visitors, this generally means at least 21 years of age, but all applicable federal, state and local requirements must also be satisfied. By requesting information to acquire wine, the person represents that they meet the applicable legal-age requirement.
35. Responsible Consumption
Zumaquero Wines regards wine as an expression of land, culture, gastronomy and artisan work. Please enjoy it responsibly and in moderation.
No sale of alcoholic beverages to persons under 18 in Spain or below the applicable legal drinking age at the destination.
Please enjoy wine responsibly.
UPDATES TO THIS LEGAL INFORMATION
36. Changes
Zumaquero Wines may amend this document to reflect legal or regulatory changes, new guidance from competent authorities, changes to website operation, new forms or services, changes in cookies or technologies, or new request, sale, payment or delivery procedures. The version published on the website at any given time will apply.
