All 50 bottles of Zumaquero Mencía 2025 were reserved during our pre-release sale.
Thank you for making our first release such a success.
Now, the story continues with Zumaquero Crianza 2025. Built on the same character and identity,
extended aging is expected to bring greater depth, complexity, and refinement.
You cannot have the Mencía 2025, but you can have its natural (and improved?) evolution.

CURRENT STATUS
I'm currently evolving in a Berthomieu French oak barrel previously used to age a premium wine from a renowned Ribera del Duero producer.
Time, patience, and old vines are now doing their work. Each passing month brings greater depth, texture, and complexity, shaping what promises to be one of the most distinctive wines ever released by Zumaquero Wines.
Production will be extremely limited, and availability is expected to be scarce from the outset.
The first release is anticipated in 2027. When? We do not know it exactly... If you'd like to be among the first to experience it, we recommend reserving your bottles in advance.
