Just 50 bottles bring this Mencía to life, made from old vines in La Grisuela, a special vineyard site in Cubillos del Sil where Mencía achieves a deep, mineral expression that is unmistakably Bierzo.

Wild red fruit, floral notes and Bierzo’s distinctive mineral character come together in an elegant, authentic wine with no artifice. The purest expression of a unique land and small-scale viticulture.

When an old vineyard is given time, the landscape gains depth. Ageing brings calm, structure and elegance. Ripe red fruit and floral notes intertwine with spicy nuances and a mineral backbone, creating a serious, poised and precise wine that reflects the character of old vines and the distinctive imprint of Bierzo.

A limited edition created to reveal a slower, more complex expression of Zumaquero.
